Player Development are the key words for our Renegades Juniors Program. Technical abilities are the focus of the young players aged 6-10 in our club, with an Age-Appropriate understanding of the tactical requirements of the game.
I believe in modern methodology and pedagogy to accomplish these tasks for the young players where activities in training must replicate the game. Technical training done in isolation or pre-determined outcomes are not appropriate for the Juniors aged players. The game is Non-Linear and Dynamic, our training must be as well.
I strive to create an environment that forces our players to THINK, rather than taking the thinking out of it for our players.
