KURTWYN BAIRD

Kurtwyn began playing and coaching soccer in Trinidad and Tobago. He officially began his professional coaching career in Trinidad in 1996. From 1996 to 2006, Kurtwyn was able to achieve outstanding season records with the professional clubs, Joe Public FC and W. Connection FC. At the youth level, he led Naparima Boys College to championships from 2003 to 2005. His coaching accomplishments earned him the title of Coach of the Year in 2005.

After migrating to the United States in 2006, Kurtwyn continued to coach with the Dallas Texans Soccer Club and served as technical director for Garland Tornadoes, Dallas TNT, and Dallas Pegasus Soccer Clubs. He enjoys mentoring, instructing, and coaching players to help them reach their full potential. Kurtwyn is also a firm believer in sustaining positive interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. He maintains an unwavering focus in improving player skills and techniques, while always ensuring a safe and supportive environment for positive socialization and team cohesion.
