Core values that drive me are commitment, hard work, integrity, and sacrifice. I’m a firm believer that the way to succeed in anything is it give it everything. You have to be willing to put in the time, the effort, and the energy if you want to accomplish your goals. One of my favorite quotes is from Nick Saban: everyone wants to be the beast, but not everyone wants to do what the beast do….the fact of the matter is if you really want to be good you don’t have a lot of choices because it takes what it takes.


Coaching and leading others is no different. If I want the most out of my players, then I will have to give the most to them. If our leadership team is to be the best, then we must give our best. I’ve heard it said “you can’t cheat the grind. It knows how much you’ve invested. It won’t give you anything you haven’t worked for.” I believe these are the values and beliefs that set Renegades Soccer Club apart from others.
